Parkridge

is a private property development company founded by Mr. John Cutts in 1998. Born in Sheffield, 48 year old Mr. Cutts was ranked Britain's 229th wealthiest man last year by the Sunday Times with a personal fortune of £320m. Parkridge is majority owned by ProLogis a US industrial property investment trust and has offices across Europe and more than 100 staff.

The Weston Otmoor proposal has come from Parkridge Land, a department specialising in assembling packages of land for possible development. Leading the effort is Mr. Roger Sporle, a former industrial property specialist at Morley Fund Management.

Roger Sporle

As part of the eco-town consultation Mr. Sporle is the person to contact if you have questions about the planned town. For someone hell bent on wrecking our part of Oxfordshire he is perfectly pleasant to chat to. You can ask him about how all the extra cars will be able to get onto the A34 in the morning but he won't tell you.

His email address is rsporle@parkridgeholdings.com and his office phone in Solihull is 0121 745 0700.
